Better Business Bureau Recognizes American Finasco with the Pinnacle Award

American Finasco received the Winner of Distinction Award at the Better Business Bureau Awards for Excellence luncheon held Wednesday, May 4 at the InterContinental Houston near the Galleria. This was American Finasco’s fifth time to be recognized by the BBB for service excellence since 2007.


The BBB Awards for Excellence recognizes businesses and non-profits for their achievements and commitment to overall excellence and quality in the workplace.  Proceeds from the event help fund the BBB Education Foundation which educates consumers about scams and fraudulent business practices in the Greater Houston area.

When asked what it means to American Finasco to receive this recognition, Mitch Vicknair, President and CEO states, “We work hard to provide top notch service to our customers and clients and it is an honor to be recognized for our efforts.”

 
 
 
 
A mail order gift catalog company in Maryland imported and sold specialty items mostly from France.  Their sales plummeted when many American consumers stopped purchasing French products due to the political events of the Iraqi war and 9-11.  This company shut down all operations two weeks after assigning 127 vendor claims in excess of $311,800. 
American Finasco has negotiated and settled 109 claims to date saving the client a total of $155,278. after all fees and vendor payments have been completed.
